All of our food is under the supervision of the Lehigh Valley Kashrut Commission [LVKC] and certified 100% parve.

My name is Dror, but most people just call me Dave. 

I grew up in the small Israeli town of Arad. Growing up, my passion for food was molded a lot by my father’s Moroccan heritage and my mother’s love for cooking.

From the street foods of Tel Aviv to the cuisine of Jerusalem, I've taken my inspiration from my home and heritage. After moving to the United States in my early 20’s, I worked different jobs to survive, but my continuing passion for food never diminished.

​I then decided to pursue this passion and started taking culinary classes, but if you ask me, I will always tell you that no culinary class could compare to my mother’s guidance.

After years in school, I finally felt that I'd received the education needed to pursue a career in what I truly loved to do.  I am now the proud owner of a family run business! Trust me when I tell you ...

You can truly taste the passion in my food.

​My name is Lee. 

I am the sous chef, quality control, moral support, and - of course - the supportive wife ... it just depends on the day. Cooking has always been my passion, and it's something that Dror and I connected on immediately. 

My favorite things to do are learning new recipes and testing out new dishes, so remember, each dish comes from the heart and you'll taste the love in each bite! 

I am a native Pennsylvanian and love the area. My family and I love to bring culture, spice, and everything nice when cooking for my community. It's something that is hard to find, especially with this level of flavor.

When I'm not cooking, I am horseback riding, catching up on my favorite shows, and taking care of my crazy family! But I wouldn't trade it for the world. 

That's the flavor I bring to our family-run food truck. So gather everyone together so we can have a good time, with good food, and good company ... around the table.
